The arbitration shall take place in Palm Beach County, Florida. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees. You and CMS also waive any right to a jury trial in any legal proceeding.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes not resolved via arbitration must be litigated in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
