These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CMS Voice services, website (www.CMSVoice.com), and any related platforms. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Services

CMS Voice provides voice search optimization, business listing management, keyword targeting, and related digital marketing services to eligible businesses. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Google, Apple, Amazon, or any voice platform.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for users aged 18 and older who are capable of forming a binding contract. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for or using the Services.

3. Subscription and Payment

Use of certain Services requires a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice prior to your next billing cycle.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@cmsvoice.com or calling 888-725-1658. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. Consent to Contact

By providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by CMS Voice via phone, SMS, email, or direct mail regarding your account and our services. This consent is not a condition of purchase and may be revoked at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by CMS Voice are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Services without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

CMS Voice does not guarantee specific search rankings, leads, or revenue outcomes. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
